The orchestra then went on a European tour which also led them to the World's Fair in Paris. Immediately after this tour, \u003cem\u003eFinlandia\u003c\/em\u003e won its lasting fame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs an independent work, \u003cem\u003eFinlandia\u003c\/em\u003e quickly became part of the repertoire and is now one of the most frequently played and best known works by Sibelius.
