If you are looking to place orders as an organization and are tax-exempt, please follow the steps below to ensure your account is properly set-up in our systems:
- Create an account by going to account.breitkopf.us (you will be asked to first enter your email address as if you are logging in, please follow the steps to continue).
- Once you've created your account, please send us an email at hello@breitkopf.us and make sure to attach your tax exemption certificate to the email. Our team will then update your account to a tax-exempt status.
- Please also note that tax-exemption is tied to email addresses. As a result, if others within your organization will also be placing tax-exempt orders, do let us know in your email!
- If you've already placed an order and it incorrectly includes sales tax, please let us know via email as well and we can adjust the order as long as it hasn't already shipped.
